The office Suttile & Vaciski Sports Law is based on the legal experience of more than 25 years, through the office Suttile & Vaciski Associate Lawyers.
We aim to defend and guarantee the rights of all those involved with sport. We serve athletes, clubs, football intermediaries, businessmen, coaches, and technical commission members.
We strongly act in the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS – FIFA), the National Chamber for Dispute Resolution (CNRD) and in all Arbitration Chambers in the Sports Confederations.
We have established as premises: permanent study, work based on team spirit, constant implementation of technology and, essentially, the respect we have with each person who entrusts us with their rights.

Marcio Jones Suttile
Lawyer and Partner Graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (PUC-PR) in 1998. Specialist in Labor Law from the Curitiba Law School in 1999. Postgraduate in Labor Law from Unibrasil – Faculdades do Brasil – in 2002. Founded the Suttile and Vaciski office in 2002.
Josiel Vaciski Barbosa
Lawyer and Partner Graduated in Law at the Pontifical Catholic University (PUC-PR – 1995). Postgraduate Latu Sensu in Substantive and Procedural Labor Law. Postgraduate Latu Sensu in Labor Execution at Faculdades do Brasil. Participation in dozens of university extension courses. Founded the Suttile and Vaciski Office in 2002.
Gilson Vaciski Barbosa
Lawyer and Partner Graduated in Law from Unibrasil (Faculdades do Brasil – 2007). Bachelor in Business Administration from FAE Business School (1996). Specialization in Labor Law at the Labor Court Magistrates School (Ematra – 2009).
Leonardo Moreira
Legal manager Graduated in Law from Universidade Positivo – Unicemp, in 2010. Specialization in Labor and Social Security Law at the Escola de Magistratura da Justiça do Trabalho (Ematra – 2011).
Pedro Henrique Pontarolo Zaithammer
Associate Lawyer Graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of Curitiba - Unicuritiba, in 2013. Specialist in Sports Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (2015). Member of the Brazilian Institute of Sports Law.
