Aiming at social responsibility, private persons or entities can exercise non-profit functions of great relevance to the public interest. This type of activity is called THIRD SECTOR. People who perform public services and who work together with the State to, in exchange, receive transfers of public funds, rebates and tax exemptions.

The SV Law Sports Office enables, advises and creates Institutes, Foundations, Associations and NGOs linked to sport.

We develop and conduct projects to obtain the benefits provided for in the Sports Incentive Law – Law 11,438/2006.

LEGAL ADVICE TO FOOTBALL CLUBS

We prepare and review athlete, sponsorship and advertising contracts. We act legally guaranteeing security in national and international negotiations and transfers. We defend the interests of clubs in cases of compensation for athlete training and in cases of application of the FIFA Solidarity Mechanism.

LEGAL ADVICE TO ATHLETES

We prepare and review employment, representation and career management contracts; assignment of image rights, assignment of economic rights and sponsorships and, also, preparation and review of national and international transfer contracts. We work before the judiciary, administrative bodies and the National Chamber for Dispute Resolution (CNRD).

We draft representation and career management contracts with its clients, adapt the intermediary activity to the CBF regulation and represent before the National Chamber for Dispute Resolution (CNRD).

In this scenario, we advise athletes, clubs, entrepreneurs, coaches and the technical committee, aiming at the necessary legal certainty in contractual relationships, with full clarity, individuality in care and ethics in the practice of law.

Thus, we prepare and review employment, representation and career management contracts, assignment of image rights, assignment of economic rights and we analyze any and all legal relationships that concern the personal, professional and economic aspects of those involved.

We re-examine and formulate contracts for the transfer of national and international athletes and coaches, as well as eventual demands with administrative and legal bodies.

We act before the main National Sports Federations and Confederations, in order to regularize, affiliate, register, defend and represent the interests of our clients, among other activities.
