After a turnaround in the legal dispute between Gustavo Scarpa and Fluminense, a decision in the Superior Labor Court (TST), in Brasília, unlinked the athlete from the Tricolor. Thanks to a Habeas Corpus, the athlete is free to return to Palmeiras. From now on, Fluminense, already aware of the court decision, will be summoned by the TST and will outline the best plan to try to reactivate the contract with the player. However, for the moment, the agreement between Palmeiras and Scarpa is back in effect under the terms agreed.
